Spark: November 9, a Creativity Matters Podcast Spark
Day 9 of the NaPodPoMo Spark series for November 2017. For more information about what I am doing, catch Episode 271.
“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.” — A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh
In this Spark, discussion of a “diagrammed heart” project to represent gratitude. This can be done day by day or all in one sitting. It can be done in your journal, traveler’s notebook, or planner, and it is the kind of project you might want to make part of your monthly planning and reflection (for example, doing a heart project at the end of each month and tying that to a running list of gratitude you keep throughout each month).
Note: I am continuing to experiment with a new audio tool and new production settings and methods, so the audio may sound slightly different. I am using a month of Sparks both to track my gratitude, inspire you in a month of mindfulness, and work on some new audio editing skills that will, I hope, yield to better quality shows in the future.
