Episode 370 of the CMP, a Creativity Matters Podcast — Two books with nature drawing themes
In this episode of the CMP, a flat tire, some Inktober talk, the unexpected incorporation of Microns, and two books from the “nature drawing” space: Nature Anatomy and Botanical Line Drawing. Nature Anatomy is a wonderful fully-illustrated science primer of sorts with a flat color style that is fresh and accessible (and very different than the kinds of “nature journaling” books I’ve talked about in the past). Botanical Line Drawing is a reference and workbook-style collection of flower-themed line-drawings, each broken down into 5 additive steps.
