Episode 481 - Slowly December

Episode 481 of the CMP, a Creativity Matters Podcast — December journaling, trying illustrated journaling, and slowing down to enjoy the remainder of the year and “make a note”

A short show about December journaling and a nudge to slow down and take a few minutes each day to make a note, even the simplest of notes. You don’t have to draw or make art or share what you record. The recording has value and meaning.

December is also a good time to try illustrated journaling, especially if you are already planning to do it in the new year. Giving it a test run in December will make it easier to start a new year on January 1.
